Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Lake Havasu City Clinic
Job Type: Full Time
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinic and provide exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support our patients’ health and well-being, and you will play a critical role in helping to ensure their visits to our clinic are as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist provider and registered nurses with patient care and treatment
- Administer medications, and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Arizona
- Proof of IV therapy certification
- 1+ years of experience as an LPN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Registered Nurse
Location: Mobile in Lake Havasu City
Job Type: Per Diem
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients through our mobile IV therapy services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, and you will play a critical role in helping to ensure they receive the treatments they need to feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and IV therapies to patients in their homes
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
- Communicate with providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on health and wellness
- Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure
- Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure the highest quality of care
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- 1+ years of experience as an RN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
