Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Lake Havasu City Clinic

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinic and provide exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support our patients’ health and well-being, and you will play a critical role in helping to ensure their visits to our clinic are as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist provider and registered nurses with patient care and treatment
  • Administer medications, and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
  • Educate patients and families on health and wellness
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Arizona
  • Proof of IV therapy certification
  • 1+ years of experience as an LPN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients through our mobile IV therapy services. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, and you will play a critical role in helping to ensure they receive the treatments they need to feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and IV therapies to patients in their homes
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
  • Communicate with providers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families on health and wellness
  • Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure
  • Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure the highest quality of care

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of Arizona
  • 1+ years of experience as an RN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
