We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinic and provide exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will work as part of a team to support our patients’ health and well-being, and you will play a critical role in helping to ensure their visits to our clinic are as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist provider and registered nurses with patient care and treatment
Administer medications, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document patient vital signs and symptoms
Educate patients and families on health and wellness
Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential and secure
Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Arizona
Proof of IV therapy certification
1+ years of experience as an LPN
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
